Wakil Kepala Polri Komisaris Jenderal Badrodin Haiti membenarkan bahwa Wakapolda dan Direktur Narkoba Polda Kalbar sudah diperintahkan untuk berkoordinasi dengan PDRM di Sarawak, Malaysia.

Hal ini menyusul penangkapan Polis Narkotik Diraja Malaysia terhadap dua Anggota Polda Kalbar yakni Perwira Menengah Polda Kalbar (nonjob) AKBP Idha Endri Prastiono dan Bripka MP Harahap yang bertugas di Polsek Entikong, Polres Sanggau.

Wakapolri mengatakan, di sana juga ada Atase Polri/ Senior Liaison Officer (SLO) dan Staf Teknis Polri/Liaison Officer (LO) yang tentunya akan memudahkan koordinasi.

Menurutnya, koordinasi itu dilakukan antara lain untuk meminta kejelasan sejauhmana keterlibatan dua Anggota Polda Kalbar tersebut.

"Termasuk bukti-bukti apa saja, sehingga bisa dikoordinasikan untuk penindakan selanjutnya, apakah nanti akan dilakukan penindakan di Indonesia atau Malaysia," kata Badrodin usai menghadiri sebuah acara di Jakarta, Minggu (31/8) malam.

Jenderal bintang tiga ini menambahkan penindakan itu semua tergantung koordinasi yang selama ini sudah terjalin baik antara Polri dengan PDRM.

Sebab, lanjut dia, selama ini berdasarkan kerjasama Malaysia-Indonesia, masing-masing kepolisian daerah di wilayah perbatasan bisa berkoordinasi langsung dengan PDRM di wilayah perbatasan.

Misalnya, ia mencontohkan, Sarawak dengan Kalbar itu sering dilakukan koordinasi. "Karena itu, koordinasi itu akan memudahkan antara kepolisian Polri dengan PDRM," katanya.

Menurutnya pula, untuk jenis narkoba dan berat barang bukti yang ditemukan terkait penangkapan dua Anggota Polda Kalbar itu belum jelas.

"Justru itu, kita belum mendapatkan informasi yang jelas. Karena itu Wakapolda dan Direktur Narkoba diutus ke sana sehingga nanti bisa dilakukan tindaklanjut apa yang harus dilakukan," katanya.

Namun, ia menjelaskan, baik Polri dan PDRM dalam melakukan penegakan hukum tetap sama, yakni didasarkan pada bukti-bukti. "Nah, bukti-bukti apa yang sudah didapatkan PDRM. Justru kita utus kesana supaya ada kejelasan," papar bekas Kepala Badan Pemelihara Keamanan Mabes Polri ini.

Saat ditanya apakah ada indikasi dua anggota itu dijebak, Badrodin mengaku belum mengetahui. "Kita belum tahu, belum dapat informasi," katanya.

Dia pun belum tahu hukuman apa yang akan dikenakan kepada kedua Anggota Polda Kalbar itu. "Yah belum tahu, ya kita belum tahu pasalnya," katanya.

Saat dikonfirmasi apa Mabes akan merelakan jika kasus itu ditangani PDRM, Badrodin menjawab itu semua akan dikoordinasikan. "Kita koordinasikan, apakah nanti akan dilakukan penegakan hukum di Indonesia atau Malaysia," katanya.

Lantas bagaimana jika Malaysia tetap akan melakukan penegakan hukum, karena penangkapan itu di wilayahnya?
